At Sai Kripa Jewellers, every piece of our 18k, 20k, and 22k gold, 925/999 silver, and certified diamond jewelry undergoes strict quality checks.

Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in the case of manufacturing defects or if a wrong item was shipped. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt and certification.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized jewelry, personalized orders, and bulk/wholesale export orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days directly to your original method of payment.
